On the spiritual journey, emotions play a central role in healing, clearing, and awakening. In my recent talk, I shared insights into how emotions shift over time and what we can expect as we open more deeply to our True Nature.
The Layers of Emotions
In the human system, emotions arise in different ways:
Present-moment emotions triggered by situations.
Stuck emotions from past experiences that linger in the body until released.
Inherited or past-life influences that surface as emotional patterns.
When we begin healing, many of these emotions are cleared away—both the surface layers and deeper imprints. This process creates more inner space and reduces emotional “noise.”
From Emotional Turbulence to Clarity
At the beginning, it may feel like we are constantly flooded with emotions. But as healing unfolds, emotions become fewer, pass more quickly, and lose their grip. Over time, what takes center stage is not the emotion itself, but the silence, stillness, and clarity behind it.
Eventually, emotions may arise but no longer pull us away from peace. Instead, the main experience is rooted in the quiet presence of our true nature.
Information vs. Emotion
A key distinction I shared is that True Nature is not emotional. Instead, it carries information in the form of light—qualities such as peace, clarity, unconditional love, or the joy of existence. Unlike emotions, which are heavy and fleeting, these qualities permeate the entire system and remain steady regardless of circumstances.
For example:
Joy at a party is an emotion, tied to a moment.
Joy of existence is information, a baseline vibration always present when we are attuned to our essence.
What About “Positive” Emotions?
Many people wonder if they will lose high-vibrational emotions like bliss or love. What actually happens is a shift: instead of chasing temporary highs, we live from unconditional qualities that feel lighter, more stable, and more expansive than emotions ever could.
A Gradual, Natural Process
This transformation doesn’t happen overnight. It unfolds slowly over years, allowing the system to adapt at its own pace. Whether someone wishes to continue experiencing emotions or desires to rest fully in their true nature, the transmissions always meet each person exactly where they are—guiding them toward their highest truth.
Living From True Nature
As emotions lessen, what remains is not emptiness but fullness—peace, clarity, and love as constant companions. Rather than appearing “emotionless,” those rooted in true nature radiate natural joy and ease. The shift is not about losing humanity but about discovering the deeper essence that was always present beneath the waves of emotion.
