Karma in the Human System — and How It Dissolves

This week, I’ll explain how Karma works and how to clear it from your system. I don’t see Karma as a collection of separate categories. At its core, Karma is one thing: stuck energy in the system. Most of the time, this stuck energy comes from unprocessed emotions, layered with the stories the mind creates afterward.

At its foundation, karma begins on what I call the blueprint level—the energetic ground level we incarnate with. Before coming into a lifetime, there seems to be a general intention or agreement about certain experiences, lessons, and encounters. It’s not a strict contract or fixed script, but more of a guiding framework that shapes the general direction of our life.

On top of that, there are past life influences. Many people carry emotional residues from previous incarnations—unfinished experiences, unresolved fears, or moments where surrender was incomplete, even at death. For example, if someone died by drowning in a previous life, a deep fear of water or death itself can remain in the system. These imprints aren’t moral judgments; they are simply emotional energies that never fully released.

Not every past life contributes karma. Usually, only a small number of lives leave energetic residue, depending on what was unresolved. This isn’t something we consciously agree to carry—it’s simply what remains until it’s processed and cleared.

Then there are ancestral influences. When we incarnate into a family line, we inherit certain energetic patterns from our lineage. Again, it’s not all ancestral karma—only what resonates with what we still need to work through. If it didn’t resonate with our system, we wouldn’t experience it at all.

Another major layer is karma accumulated in this lifetime. These are emotions and other energies, that become stuck because they are not fully lived through or released. Early in life, a child’s system is relatively open. A baby may cry intensely, then return to calm almost instantly, because the energy passes through rather than getting stored.

As children grow—especially around the age of three—identification begins. The child starts to form a sense of “me,” along with preferences, fears, and emotional narratives. This identification causes the system to hold onto emotions, rather than allowing them to pass freely. Over time, the system starts to close, and emotions become more fixed.

Society reinforces this closure. We’re often taught not to fully express or feel emotions like anger, grief, or fear. As a result, energy gets suppressed instead of processed. This creates more stuck energy—more karma.

The good news is that the system can reopen. Even if identification has formed, it’s possible to dissolve it and restore flow. This doesn’t always happen instantly. Even if the ego loosens or collapses, the energetic “tracks” it laid down can remain. I like to think of it like this:

The ego is the train, but the emotional conditioning is the railway. The train may stop running, but the tracks still exist until they gradually dissolve.

This is where energy work and inner clearing become powerful. Over time, these energetic structures can soften, unravel, and disappear.

At a deeper level, life energy is constantly flowing through us. When the system is constricted, this flow is like a small stream that gets blocked by debris. But as the system opens, the flow becomes more like a wide, powerful river. A stronger flow naturally washes away stuck energy, just as a river erodes obstacles along its banks.

The more open the system, the easier it becomes for emotions to rise, move through, and dissolve. Instead of needing to clear one emotional block at a time through effort, life energy itself begins to do the clearing.

This is why opening the system is so essential. As karma dissolves and the flow strengthens, life tends to feel lighter, clearer, and more effortless. Manifestation changes because there is less internal resistance. Experiences feel more harmonious because there is less emotional residue shaping perception.

Ultimately, karma doesn’t live “out there.” It lives inside the energy body. The outer world simply mirrors what remains unresolved within. As the system clears, reality naturally reflects more ease, joy, and flow.

From what I see, what remains at the deepest level is the body and the current of life energy moving through it. We are part of that orchestration, not fully in control of it, but able to allow or resist its movement through us.

Karma, then, is not punishment or fate. It is simply where energy has not yet been allowed to move freely. And as the system opens, that energy naturally returns to flow.

If you want to accelerate this process, the Karma Clearing Enhancer supports your system by clearing karmic imprints in the background—helping dissolve stuck energies faster, open your system more deeply, and speed up awakening with less effort. Learn more at NextElevations.com
