The Consciousness Bubble — Understanding How You Create Your Reality

Over the years of deep spiritual exploration and countless sessions with people around the world, I’ve come to see a beautiful and simple truth: each of us lives within what I call a consciousness bubble.

This understanding came to me during a one-on-one session about two years ago. The person I was working with wasn’t seeking healing or trying to fix anything; he was simply open to whatever might unfold. During our session, my consciousness began to travel — something that occasionally happens when I work — and I found myself perceiving him from a different dimension.

What I saw was extraordinary: he was sitting at his desk, completely surrounded by a luminous bubble of energy. Outside this bubble, there was nothing — no space, no world, only pure nothingness. Everything he could perceive, everything he could experience, existed only within that bubble.

And in that moment, something clicked.

I realized that every being has their own consciousness bubble — a personal field of creation through which life is experienced.

You Are Living Inside Your Own Creation

Every human being has a unique consciousness bubble. Within it, your consciousness projects and reflects everything you see, feel, and experience. The outer world is not separate from you — it’s a reflection of your inner world.

You are, quite literally, the creator of your reality. What you experience “outside” is a mirror of what exists within your field — your beliefs, emotions, energetic patterns, and soul blueprint. This is why no two people ever live the same life: each bubble is completely individual.

 How Life Reflects What’s Inside

When something in life triggers you — a person, a situation, even something you read — it is not random. That experience is a reflection of energy already within your system, surfacing so it can be seen, healed, and released.

For example, if someone’s anger or criticism upsets you, that reaction points to a vibration already inside your bubble. Once you heal and clear it, that type of experience no longer appears in your life. The person may even show up differently — calmer, kinder — because you’re no longer projecting the old frequency.

This is how consciousness evolves: not by controlling life, but by becoming aware of what life is showing you.

How to Work With What Appears

When you notice strong emotions arising, pause and look beneath the story. Don’t get lost in the details of why something happened or what the other person did. Instead, ask:

“What energy is this showing me?”

Feel it, acknowledge it, and then release it.

You can give it back to creation, to the Divine, to the light — whatever feels true for you. By consciously letting go, your system becomes clearer, and your bubble reflects more harmony and peace.

 Nothing Exists Outside Your Awareness

Everything you experience — the people you meet, the situations that arise, the things you read or watch — appear only within your consciousness bubble. When you turn away, that part of reality collapses from your awareness. This means you are not a victim of life; you are the one generating it moment by moment.

Even the news you encounter or the stranger you meet on the street shows up because your consciousness brought them in to reveal something to you.

Shifting From Victimhood to Curiosity

Once you begin to see life this way, everything changes.

Instead of asking, “Why is this happening to me?” you begin to ask, “What is this showing me?”

From that perspective, awakening becomes an adventure — a journey of curiosity, not struggle. You begin to recognize that spirituality and life are not two separate things. Life itself is the spiritual path, constantly guiding you back to your true nature.

 A Closing Reflection

Your consciousness bubble is your universe.

Everything you see and experience exists within it — created by you, for you, to awaken you.

When you embrace this, life becomes a mirror of love rather than challenge. You no longer fight your experiences; you learn from them, heal through them, and create anew — consciously, lovingly, and with full awareness.

That is the true freedom of awakening.

Love, Eva🙏❤️
