 Living in the Present Moment

Today I want to share with you something that I speak about in almost every meditation, group session, and transmission: the present moment.

This is such an essential part of the awakening process. Many of us already know that the past and future don’t really exist, that there is only now. But our human system has a mechanism that allows us to experience what seems like past and future—through the mind and through emotions.

 How We Relive the Past

Think of a joyful event—maybe a party with friends. When you remember it, your mind brings up the images, and emotions like joy and laughter re-appear. The same happens with difficult experiences: pain, sadness, or regret arise again.

But here is the fascinating part—science shows that we only remember around 40% of what actually happened. The rest is created by the mind in the present moment. So when we think we are in the past, we’re actually still here now—just recreating emotions and thoughts from memory.

How We Project Into the Future

The same mechanism works with the future. We might imagine a vacation, a new job, or a goal we want to reach. With our thoughts and emotions, we project those experiences into a future that doesn’t yet exist.

Sometimes this is high vibrational—like excitement and anticipation. But often it’s fear, worry, and anxiety that pull us away from the present moment. Either way, our energy is not here now—it’s scattered in imagined futures.

 What This Costs Us

When we live in the past or the future, our life energy gets stuck there. That means in this present moment, we don’t have our full energy available.

But when we are here, fully present, all of that energy is available for creativity, clarity, problem-solving, joy, and flow. The present moment holds a richness that the past and future can never offer.

 Remembering Without Losing Presence

You might wonder—what about my loved ones who have passed, or special memories I want to keep? Of course, you can still think of them. The difference is that when this mechanism dissolves, the emotions don’t overwhelm you anymore. You can remember with clarity and peace, without being pulled out of presence.

 The Dissolving of Time

As you go deeper into this work, something beautiful happens: the mechanism of past and future begins to dissolve. The sense of time softens. Hours may pass, and it feels like moments. Eventually, the need to go into past or future simply falls away—because the present moment is so whole, so full, so alive.

And don’t worry—you don’t lose the wisdom of your experiences. All the information, all the learnings remain in your field, accessible whenever needed.

 Awakening Into True Nature

This process is part of awakening into your True Nature. When past and future dissolve, what remains is pure presence—life lived directly, without distortion. It is a gradual process, but with these transmissions, it often happens more quickly.

When I first read Eckhart Tolle over ten years ago, I thought, “Yes, I know about the present moment.” But only through direct energetic experience did I truly live it. And that changes everything.

Thank you so much for being here, for opening yourself to this exploration. Remember, there really is only the present moment—and in it, life is infinitely richer than the mind could ever imagine.

With love,❤️

Eva
