Today, I want to share some insights about low vibrational energies, particularly the energy of fear. This topic is especially relevant because I have released a guided meditation specifically designed to clear fear from your system.
Why Do We Carry Low Vibrational Energies?
Low vibrational energies—such as fear, anxiety, anger, or resistance—build up in our system over time. As children, we naturally process and release these emotions. A baby cries, screams, or expresses discomfort, and the energy flows through them and dissipates.
But as we grow older, societal conditioning teaches us to suppress these emotions. We learn that it’s not always appropriate to fully express ourselves, especially in public spaces like school or work. As a result, these unprocessed emotions get stuck in our energy field.
By the time we’re adults, we’ve accumulated layers of these stagnant energies—not just from this lifetime, but also from:
- Past lives (if you believe in them)
- Ancestral influences (energies passed down from family)
- Collective consciousness (fear-based narratives in media, society, etc.)
When we encounter a fearful situation—whether through news, personal experiences, or even someone else’s story—it resonates with the fear already stored in our system. This triggers old emotions, and our mind starts spinning stories, amplifying the fear further.
Do We Even Need Fear?
Short answer: No.
Many people believe fear is necessary for survival—that it keeps us safe. But this is a misconception.
Our body has an innate survival instinct. If danger arises, we don’t need fear to react—our system will naturally respond (fight, flight, or freeze). Fear, however, often paralyzes us rather than helps.
Think about it:
- Fear of the future
- Fear of failure
- Fear of rejection
- Fear of illness or death
These fears don’t serve us. They only create stagnation and block the flow of joy and creativity.
Instead of fear, we only need preference—a simple knowing of what aligns with us and what doesn’t.
How to Release Stuck Fear (and Other Low-Vibe Energies)
When low-vibrational energies surface (whether through triggers, meditation, or energy shifts), the key is to move them through—not dwell in them.
Ways to Clear Fear:
1. Give It Away – Surrender it to the Divine, Universe, or Earth. Say, "This is not mine. I release it."
2. Meditation & Light Work – Visualize roots extending into the Earth, releasing fear, while light pours in from above.
3. Breathwork – Deep, intentional breathing helps energy move.
4. Mantras & Sound Healing – Vibrational tools (like malas or chanting) can shift stuck energy.
5. Energy Clearing Practices – (Like the meditation I’ll be sharing!)
The goal? A flowing system where emotions arise, are fully felt, and then pass through—leaving no residue.
The Power of Joy: The Ultimate High-Vibe State
As we clear fear, we naturally rise in vibration. And the most beautiful state to embody? Joy.
Joy isn’t just fleeting happiness—it’s a deep resonance with life. When we live from joy:
- Our reality shifts (manifesting becomes effortless).
- We inspire others (raising collective consciousness).
- We align with our true nature (intuition strengthens, clarity deepens).
How to Cultivate Joy:
- Choose what resonates—even in small daily decisions.
- Release "shoulds"—let go of societal expectations.
- Notice resistance—when you avoid joy, ask: What old belief is holding me back?
The more we choose joy, the more life rearranges itself to match our energy.
Final Thoughts: Fear Is Outdated—Joy Is the Future
Fear is an old program—one we no longer need. The new paradigm is flow, trust, and joy.
If fear arises, see it as a signal: "This is ready to be cleared." Then let it go.

Hello Eva,
My experience with fear is that it comes from a place that I am not aware of. I have this irrational fear to driving to places I don´t know. I say it is an irrational fear because I don´t know why I have it. I am 55 years old and have always had it as long as I remember. I am a great driver, never been in an accident, and follow the road rules :) but the fear comes surely and intensely when I have to drive some place I am not familiar with.
Through your meditation and explanation I am working to release it. I find myself lighter in the the thought that fear is not needed. I seem to start feeling more free and in control, and even though I still have the fear, I feel it but as quickly as I am able to, I let it go. I give it away, I calm myself down thinkng of your words and meditation. So, THANK YOU very much for all you do and all you are. I appreciate you :)

Thank you for all you do Eva! I find it a challenge to always remember that a bad feeling or fearful thought just means it's coming up to be released. Through your work it has become much easier to have this awareness in the moment instead of trying to ignore it. I like to speak out if I am in a private space for the fear to be gone or to visualize it leaving me through creative visualization.
