During Meditations: Am I Sleeping or entering Samadhi?

Many of you share with me: "Eva, I love your meditations, but I sometimes fall asleep."

Let’s explore this together. What might feel like drifting off is often a sacred doorway — one your system chooses for profound reasons.

 Why It Happens

1. Physical Rest

If you’re lying down, deeply tired, or meditating at night, sleep is natural. Honor this. Your body may simply need restoration.

2. Protective Wisdom in Healing

During healing sessions (like our small group clearings), your conscious mind may gently withdraw. This happens when low-vibration energies — trauma, suppressed memories, or dense patterns — are being released. Your system creates a buffer so you don’t re-experience discomfort. Though you’re held in a cocoon of divine light 🌟, this inner retreat allows deep work to unfold.

3. Entering Samadhi: The Heart of the Matter

This is where your experience transcends "sleep." Samadhi is a state of meditative absorption where the soul merges with Brahman/the Absolute. In our sessions, the energies — and my own abiding state — can guide receptive individuals into these profound depths. Let me clarify the two forms I described:

Nirvikalpa Samadhi

  - Total absorption. Awareness dissolves into the Absolute (Brahman).

  - You appear deeply "asleep" — no memory of the meditation, sounds, or time passing.

  - How it differs from sleep: When you return, you feel instantly clear, light, and revitalized. No grogginess. It’s like emerging from a silent ocean 🕉️.

  - Why it happens here: The transmitted consciousness pulls you beyond the mind’s boundaries. This is common in our Thursday group meditations — I see many of you in this sacred space.

Savikalpa Samadhi

  - Deep absorption with subtle awareness. You remain conscious of surroundings (a dog barking, a door closing) but are undisturbed.

  - You feel suspended in expansive stillness — no attachment to thoughts, emotions, or identity.

  - This is the "container" the healing energies cultivate: a field where transformation occurs without resistance.

 The Evolution: Sahaja Samadhi

Beyond these states lies Sahaja Samadhi — the natural, abiding stillness. Here, Samadhi isn’t a "state" you enter; it’s your continuous reality. Whether washing dishes or sitting in silence, the same unshakable peace remains. This unfolds organically over time as the energies stabilize your consciousness.

 Practical Guidance: Trust Your Journey

- If you "fall asleep":

→ Surrender completely. Fighting it hinders the process.

→ Know you’re still receiving. Healing or awakening continues beneath the surface.

→ Use recordings intentionally: Listen 3-4 times when alert. Walk in nature 🍃, sit quietly, or journal afterward. Each replay deepens integration.

- Observe the after-effects:

  - Sleep: Grogginess, heaviness.

  - Samadhi: Instant clarity, renewed energy, subtle joy.

A Loving Reminder

Your system is wise. The energies guide you toward exactly what you need — whether that’s rest, subconscious healing, or transcendent stillness. Some of you are already abiding in Sahaja; others are being prepared. All of it is grace.

So relax. Breathe. And let the journey unfold through you.

Love,

Eva   ❤️

This was the explanation I’ve been looking for. Thank you! I “pop” out of what feels like profound sleep and I’m super energized but zero recollection of the actual meditation. The meditations you offer- and especially the next elevations upgrades - are so powerful.

During your guided meditation, I completely withdraw inside. Initially I try to listen. Soon, I can hear that you speak, but even that only if I direct my attention into that, and I have no idea what you are talking about. Then, I forget about everything. I am completely absorbed inside and somehow forget that I exist.
