Living in the Energy of Abundance

This week in our small group session, we dove deeply into the topic of abundance. It’s one of the most important and popular themes in the Next Elevations community—especially since the Abundance Enhancer is one of the most chosen tools. Clearly, abundance is something we all feel drawn to, and today I’d love to share my perspective on what it really means and how to live in it.

What Abundance Truly Is

When I connect with the energies, abundance always comes through with a very simple definition:Abundance is having everything we need in the present moment.

Life unfolds moment by moment. What we need—whether it’s food, housing, a car ride, a book, an idea, or even the right person—arrives when it is truly needed. Abundance isn’t about excess or accumulation. It’s about alignment with life so that what is required shows up in perfect timing.

Why We Lose Touch With Abundance

When we incarnate, abundance is part of our true nature. It is always available. But over time, we collect limitations—patterns from parents, schools, society, and the collective energy around us. These beliefs tell us what we can and cannot do, what is too expensive or too cheap, when to save, when to spend, and what risks we should fear.

These energy patterns shape our relationship with money and resources. Some people hoard, fearing lack. Others spend recklessly, living in cycles of scarcity. Either way, the result is the same: we experience lack instead of flow.

Moving Beyond Lack

The energy of lack often brings along fear and worry—fear of not paying the rent, worry about food, or concern we can’t enjoy life the way we want to. These fears contract us and cut us off from possibilities that are actually right in front of us.

When we clear these patterns, our relationship with life becomes neutral. We stop relating to money and resources through fear. Instead, what we need simply shows up when it’s required. And life begins to feel effortless again.

Everyday Reflections

If you want to explore your own abundance blocks, start by noticing your choices:

  • Do you choose the cheaper food even though you’d love the organic option?

  • Do you skip a restaurant you love because it feels too expensive?

  • Do you say no to a retreat or opportunity because of “what if” worries about the future?

These are all chances to observe the limitations that live in your system. Bringing awareness to them is the first step to healing and releasing them.

Abundance vs. Manifestation

It’s important to understand the difference between manifestation and abundance.

  • Manifestation often comes from lack: “I don’t have this, so I’ll visualize it until it comes.” Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. But at its root, it is born from a sense of not-having.

  • Abundance is different. It’s the natural state that unfolds when lack energies are cleared. Then what we need flows in effortlessly—without effort, stress, or “trying.”

Living in abundance turns miracles into normal life. The neighbor showing up with extra food when your fridge is empty, or a new opportunity arriving just when you need it, becomes natural.

Returning to Abundance

The journey to reconnect with abundance is one of clearing, healing, and opening. When limitations fall away, life provides without us even needing to think about it. There’s no need to “trust” or to keep manifesting. It simply becomes obvious that abundance is here, always, for everyone.

And then, instead of worrying about money or resources, our energy can be used for what truly matters—creating, connecting, living, and awakening.
