Why are We Addicted to Low Vibrational Energies?

Have you ever wondered why we tend to focus on the negative—fear, anger, anxiety—even when life is going well? Why do we instinctively react to perceived threats, even when no real danger exists?

The answer lies in the fascinating design of the human system. At its core, our system is wired for survival. It operates on deeply ingrained mechanisms that once served a crucial purpose but may now hold us back from experiencing life at its highest potential.

In this post, we’ll explore how the human system functions, why we’re drawn to low vibrational energies, and how we can shift into a higher, more joyful way of being.

The Survival Mechanism: Why We Focus on the Negative

Every human being operates under the same fundamental system—one designed to keep us alive. This survival mechanism shapes our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, often without us even realizing it.

One of the most obvious ways this shows up is in our attraction to negativity. Think about it:

- How often do conversations revolve around problems rather than joys?

- Why do we fixate on worst-case scenarios, even when evidence suggests otherwise?

- Why does bad news grab our attention more than uplifting stories?

This isn’t a coincidence. Our system is conditioned to scan for threats because, in the past, survival depended on it. A few hundred years ago, life was far more precarious—predators, famine, and conflict were real dangers. Fear and caution kept us alive.

But today? We live in the safest, most abundant time in human history. Yet, our nervous systems haven’t fully caught up. They still react as if every minor inconvenience is a life-or-death situation.

The Addiction to Low Vibrations

Fear, anger, and anxiety are low vibrational energies—heavy, dense emotions that weigh us down. Yet, we often find ourselves drawn to them, almost addicted to their familiarity.

Why?

Because the system mistakes familiarity for safety. Even if these emotions are painful, they feel known. And the system would rather stay in a known discomfort than risk the uncertainty of change.

This is why:

- We replay past mistakes, even when they no longer serve us.

- We obsess over future worries, even when they’re unlikely to happen.

- We engage in negative self-talk, reinforcing cycles of low vibration.

But here’s the good news:we are not stuck here.

The Power of Clearing Low Vibrational Energy

If our perception of reality is shaped by the energy we carry inside, then shifting our inner state can transform our outer experience.

When fear, anger, or resistance reside within us, we see the world through that lens.

- If you carry fear, life feels unsafe.

- If you hold anger, the world seems hostile.

- If you’re in resistance, everything feels like a struggle.

This isn’t because the worldis that way—it’s because our internal energy colors our perception.

The Liberation of Clearing Energy

Releasing these dense emotions allows us to step into higher vibrations—joy, love, trust, and freedom.

I used to consume news daily, absorbing stories of conflict and disaster. I thought staying informed was important, but it kept me in a state of anxiety. After clearing much of that fear from my system, I noticed a shift:

- I no longer felt drawn to fear-based media.

- My conversations naturally moved toward inspiration rather than complaint.

- I began seeking out experiences that uplifted me—nature, creativity, meaningful connections.

This wasn’t about ignoring reality; it was about no longer resonating with energies that didn’t serve me.

The Role of the Ego in Our Suffering

The ego is another survival mechanism—one that often causes more harm than good.

The Ego’s Job: Keeping Us "Safe" (Even When We’re Not in Danger)

The ego sees everything as a potential threat:

- A disagreement becomes a personal attack.

- An unmet desire feels like a life-or-death crisis.

- Change is perceived as loss rather than growth.

But here’s the truth:The ego is not who we are. It’s a function of the human system, not our true essence.

Awakening Beyond the Ego

As we grow spiritually, we begin to disidentify from the ego. This doesn’t mean it disappears—it still plays a role in basic functioning—but it no longer controls us.

At first, this shift can feel unsettling. The ego resists change because, to it, change equals death. But as we move into higher consciousness, we realize:

-We are not our thoughts.

-We are not our emotions.

-We are the awareness behind them.

This realization brings profound freedom.

The Key to Transformation: Energy Clearing

We don’t need to analyze every past wound to heal. In fact, overanalyzing can keep us stuck in the very energy we’re trying to release.

Instead, we can focus on clearing energy in the present moment.

Life force energy flows constantly through our system, from the root to the crown chakra. When blockages (like fear or trauma) exist, this energy gets stuck, leading to:

- Emotional heaviness

- Mental fog

- Physical tension

Clearing these blockages allows energy to flow freely, bringing:

- Clarity

- Joy

- A sense of lightness

Practical Steps to Raise Your Vibration

1.Awareness – Notice when you’re slipping into low vibrations (complaining, worrying, resisting).

2.Release – Breathe through emotions rather than suppressing or indulging them.

3.Choose Differently – Shift focus to gratitude, love, or presence.

4.Energy Work – Meditation, breathwork, and energy healing accelerate clearing.

Conclusion: Stepping Into a Higher Experience of Life

The human system is a masterpiece of survival, but it doesn’t have to limit us. By clearing low vibrational energies, we step out of fear and into flow.

We begin to see life as it truly is—a perfectly orchestrated journey where every experience serves our growth. Challenges become lessons, not punishments. Other people’s paths no longer trigger us because we understand:every soul is on its own journey.

When we release the weight of the past and the fear of the future, we open to the present moment—where true freedom exists.

This is the dance of energy. This is the art of living fully.

Love,❤️
